We provided full design services and contract administration for the renovation of the former Gray Gourmet commercial kitchen building, transforming it into a modern office facility for Mesa County’s Behavioral Health Department. We prioritized design elements that enhance safety, building performance, and natural light while supporting the department's programming efforts by incorporating essential spaces such as private offices, a large conference room, and a co-response room, all to support the early intervention of critical mental health and behavioral care services in the community.
