New open parking structure built as a joint venture between the City of Grand Junction and the Downtown Development Authority. The structure accommodates both short-term and long-term lease parking and is designed to accommodate a future framed structure to cover the top level. The front facade was designed to complement the surrounding historic buildings. The stair/elevator towers are designed to be accessed directly from future zero lot line structures housing retail, office space and residential occupancies on either end of the building.
