Renovation of the 28,800 square foot existing building to replace office spaces with needed detention upgrades which included a booking area update and work release dorms.  A majority of the building’s heating/ ventilation/ air conditioning systems was replaced to improve reliability, efficiency, and maintenance access. This design was outlined in multiple stages to help keep the building in secure operating condition during construction and facilitate budget schedules.
