To anticipate the growing staff needs of the City of Grand Junction, our team conducted a space planning exercise of their current City Hall Building. Originally designed by our firm and built in 1999, this downtown building has served the needs of the City Staff for over 20 years. Select departments relocated to an annex location, freeing up square footage for their growing Human Resources, City Clerk, and Finance departments.  The results of this space programming helped initiate minor phase 1 interior renovations for additional offices and increased security for their immediate growth, and phase 2 renovations for their 10 year growth.
