Nuclear Care Partners retained BG+co to completely redesign the 2nd floor of an existing building to better help accommodate the growing population of staff. BG+co was first enlisted to upgrade finishes in their current first floor office spaces in the same building. After gaining access to the 2nd floor, Nuclear Care Partners wanted to create a space that would provide staff ample and efficient workspaces.

This project consisted of expanding the hotel’s fitness room and creating a more welcoming back entrance from the parking lot. BG +co documented existing conditions and worked with structural and MEP consultants to merge these additions with the existing construction seamlessly. BG + co also assisted the client with finish selections and created renderings to help the client visualize the final concept.
