This is the City of Grand Junction’s main public safety complex in a downtown, secure site location.  Multiple government entities were involved as well as many stakeholder groups.  The planning includes community meeting rooms, safe haven vestibules, full generator backup, 911 Regional Communication Center, training rooms, property and evidence processing storage, and secure parking.
