Blythe Group + co. was retained by the District to assist with Bond Program management and design services. These were fast tracked Renovation Projects with the majority of work taking place over the summers of 2009 and 2010 to minimize the impact on the school calendar.​ Of 164 identified deficiencies, we corrected 137, in addition to several more added by the client. These mid-80's schools had not received any repairs or upgrades since they were built and the original elementary school built in the 60's was in poor condition. Because of this and of declined enrollment, the Board of Education decided to demolish the elementary school, remodel the middle school to the new elementary and combine the middle and the high school all after bond passage
