The Marble Charter School project consists of a new addition to an existing 1,600 square foot schoolhouse. The two story facility is built into the side of a hill maximizing the access on each level.

The small student body dictates a design which is flexible and adaptable to the school's needs, emphasizing shared and multipurpose spaces. The exterior of the building is intended to be compatible with the existing schoolhouse and adjacent historic museum, and consistent with the vernacular architecture of the community.
