This is a full-service banking facility for Alpine Bank.  There are four teller stations in the lobby and five drive-through lanes.  Also inside are four private offices, three workstation areas, two waiting areas, an employee break room, toilet rooms and a second level with mechanical, telecommunications and storage areas. The Fruita Branch has an identical layout to the Delta Alpine Bank Branch by each exterior building are entirely different.
