The new Coloramo Federal Credit union facility includes offices, teller tower, drive through, break room, client waiting area, service workstation, and ATM vestibule.  The project was constructed on a brownfield site following demolition of several existing buildings covering half a city block and now boasts ample vehicle parking space and landscaping areas. This project was delivered via the CM/GC process.
