This is a full-service banking facility for Alpine Bank. There are four teller stations in the lobby and five drive-through lanes. Also inside are four private offices, three workstation areas, two waiting areas, an employee break room, toilet rooms and a second level with mechanical, telecommunications and storage areas.

This alpine bank follows an identical layout then that of the Fruita Branch, yet both exterior building are completely different style and presentation.
