​The facility includes a new clubhouse, pool and concessions building for a private golf and tennis club.  The clubhouse, which is built into a hill, contains a pro shop, gym, locker rooms and lounge areas on the walk-out lower level, as well as support areas for maintenance and golf cart storage. The upper/main level, which is at the level of the parking, contains three separate dining areas and a bar/lounge, all with large windows and covered decks outside overlooking the golf course and pool below.  Also on this level are kitchen & support spaces and an administration suite.  Adjacent to the clubhouse is a pool complex and concessions building serving the pool, golf and tennis patrons.  Design services provided by Blythe Group + co. include architectural design of the pool area, entire exterior and interior building design and furniture/art selection.
