38,500 Square Feet (4 Stories)

The new Timberline Bank Headquarters is a modern day rendition of a financial institution. This commercial space is located in Canyon View Marketplace in west Grand Junction and is the first of five planned buildings to be constructed in the plaza. The Headquarters offer the fundamental functions of a bank while elevating the patron’s experience through a complimentary self-serve coffee bar and modern material finishes. This four story building includes a rooftop terrace for hosting events - occupants of the terrace enjoy framed views of Colorado National Monument, the Bookcliffs, and Grand Mesa, all while enjoying bar service, music, and a custom firepit. The main entrance is highlighted via a prominent aluminum and glass curtainwall system, providing a sense of transparency while highlighting a grand staircase for vertical circulation. The exterior glass facade is complemented by metal panels, brick, and stucco, all serving to tie into the existing Grand Junction aesthetic in a functional and modern way.
