Located on Patterson, the Rivertown complex is made up of three buildings, a medical office, a Coffee Trader, and a Mediterranean restaurant. BG+co created the exterior finish of the complex, and the Coffee Trader tenant finish.

Rivertown Center Medical Office building is the first structure on a seven acre mixed use office campus.  The building creates a modern aesthetic using simple geometric forms and materials.  The base of the building is comprised of a single color of brick veneer consisting of two different masonry textures.  Prefinished corrugated metal panels of varying profiles are used throughout the remainder of the building.   The metal panels orientation varies to create visual interest and break up the massing of the building.  The main entry of the building is accentuated with a shed roof with clerestory glazing and a stepped entry canopy.  Prefinished metal awnings surround the exterior walls and act as sunshades while providing splashes of accent colors.
