The building of the new Mesa County Courthouse completed the Master Plan from the Mesa County Sheriff’s Office and Jail.
The type of construction for the Mesa County Justice center involves a pile foundation for the four story with basement, composite steel frame structure with metal deck and concrete slab. The building has metal stud exterior walls with brick veneer and storefront glazing. The interior partitions are of metal stud and masonry with high level of finishes creatively accomplished to stay in budget. The building also includes single ply roofing membrane, a fire suppression system, VAV mechanical system, security and control room, completion.
