Caraline Burwell

Architectural Intern

Caraline brings a strong sense of curiosity, clear communication, and a deep interest in the social and cultural forces that shape the built environment. She enjoys collaborating closely with both team members and communities, using thoughtful dialogue and visual storytelling to move projects forward with intention. What excites her most about architecture is its potential to foster connection—between people, places, and histories. She defines project success not only by how well it meets the client’s goals, but by its ability to create meaningful, inclusive spaces that reflect the character of their surroundings and positively impact those who experience them every day.

Outside the office, Caraline loves exploring new cities, often with a sketchbook or camera in hand. Traveling fuels her curiosity and brings fresh perspective to her creative process, from the textures of unfamiliar architecture to the energy of public spaces. When she’s not traveling, Caraline often explores new worlds through books, stories that transport her, challenge her, and keep her imagination active. Whether through art, travel, or reading, she is always seeking new ways to stay creatively inspired and connected to the world around her.
