Currently at 50+ years old and in deep need of replacement, it is due time for our community to receive an upgraded environment for our youth.
The project will be entered as a 2021 Bond measure for community voting.

The new Montrose Public Safety Complex will provide much needed space for the police and public safety teams of Montrose. Located near the main corridor of Montrose, this new complex is design to fit into the downtown context, provide much needed police and support services, and boasts a curtain-wall community room for use by community members.

The new Rivertown Center Medical Office Building Shell will consist of an exterior shell with interior tenant improvements to be completed at a future date by the tenant’s chosen design team. Located on Patterson Road, the medical office building is to be the first structure of a larger endeavor to modernize the concept of mixed-use retail structures into a walk-able campus style development.
The new building will be located on the north west corner of a larger development and will consist of approximately 21,300 square feet on one story.

The first building of Independence Academy Charter School opened in 2015. With approximately 19,100 SF of space in the main building, along with a grouping of modular classrooms to round out the school’s needs at the time.
The current addition is just under 18,000 SF and is planned to add enough space for the school to have two classrooms at each grade level from pre-kindergarten through fifth grade. In addition to the elementary classrooms, the addition will house a music classroom and a large art classroom. The configuration of this addition will permit another future addition or two to be constructed in the future.
